Riders Helping Riders

It is not often that you can see directly the impact of a group of riders coming together to support a friend. Last Saturday’s Jim Schermerhorn Poker Run was one of those occasions. A total of 92 riders turned out for the run organized by Star Chapter 154 and hosted by Skagit Powersports.

Proceeds went directly to the wife and children of Jim Schermerhorn. The efforts of the chapter and all of the riders who participated resulted in $1200 going directly to support this family. A big thanks goes out to all of the Star Chapter members and participants for making this event such a success.
