Pasco, Washington pro-tem mayor and long-distance motorcyclist Matt Watkins is participating in the 7-day SPANK rally this week and next. Matt has prior rally experience including the 2007 Iron Butt and Utah 1088. Matt is blogging his rally experience as he goes and it makes for some great reading.
