Well, if you “choose” to put a million or 2 $ in costs on us, The *increase* in costs per non-helmetted rider is significant, Choose, but pay for your choice, Same as other kinds of “choice”s. Drive drunk? No seat belt? No sympathy for Deliberate Ignorance, aka Won’t Know, is “deserved”… ( equally, if someone pretends they “didn’t see” the motorcycle they hit, Cheers. Post a comment
