I watched the entire video, and at no time did I see this rider do anything overly dangerous. There is a presumption that going fast is inherently dangerous. Watch his closing speeds and distance: he never gets dangerously close to anyone, and keeps back until there is a safe opening to pass. This Harrison Bergeron is a very skilled rider, and he will be punished for having above average skills. Vonnegut, anyone?
