Black Thursday

Don’t forget Black Thursday this coming January 18th.  Take a vacation day or call in sick, but get to Olympia and protect your rights.  It is not too late to set up an appointment with your representatives.  Call their offices and let the Legislative Assistant (LA) know that you are a constituent and wish to meet with your representative.  If the schedule is full, arrange to pull the member out of a committee meeting.  This is standard protocol.

Finally, on Black Thursday the senate will be introducing a resolution honoring Karen Bolin for her many years of service.  We need to have the gallery packed with grateful riders to pay tribute to our departed champion.
