Polaris Sells Most of Its KTM Stock
By John Davis • Jan 2nd, 2007 • Category: Northwest Cycle News HeadlinesPolaris Industries announced recently that the Company has entered into a share purchase agreement to sell approximately 1.38 million shares of KTM to a subsidiary of KTM’s largest shareholder, Cross Industries AG, for a purchase price of approximately 58.5 million Euros ($77.2 million). Polaris will retain ownership of approximately 0.34 million shares, representing slightly less than 5 percent of outstanding KTM shares.
