If they wanted to use the MSF curricula and give all credit where it is due, I'm certain they would be assisted by MSF at every oppurtunity. This is not a "pissing contest", it's more like "corporate fraud" than anything else. Safety first doesn't rule out the necessity of integrity in an individual's actions.
