An order suspending the drivers license of Astoria Mayor Willis Van Dusen for one year has been affirmed by the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles.
Van Dusens license was suspended following his Sept. 4 arrest on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Van Dusen collided with a vehicle at an intersection while riding his motorcycle, according to police.
