		<description>Somebody needs to inform Mr. Henne that there is indeed information available about those cable barriers. Instead of spending yet even more funds to research etc.  maybe he should take a look at the netherlands.   There is always information about such things, if one just invests some time into it.  Also did I not read somewhere that per the "experts" it is never ever wise to lay your bike down?  so I am just sure that when we are forced off the highway, we can just relax and drop our bikes down to keep from being killed by those barriers. Government.Ugh</description>
