I received word this afternoon that Hit and Run (Death) charges have been filed against Mia Gribble in the death of motorcyclist Gabriella Muelher-Roosevelt.

Hit and Run (Death) is defined in RCW 46.52.020 section (1) and is a Class B felony under section (4)(a). RCW 9A.20.021 provides for a maximum penalty of “confinement in a state correctional institution for a term of ten years, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of twenty thousand dollars, or by both such confinement and fine;”
